The B.E.Mila was established in 1987 to cover all operations, but the Mila Municipal Council, defined its current structure and scope of activity.

BEM has a workforce with diverse backgrounds in construction and civil engineering who have accumulated extensive experience in design engineering. Of our staff of over 120, many are assigned to design and project management tasks, including:

  • 24 Architects
  • 28 Engineers (All Disciplines).
  • 24 Senior Technicians (All Trades).
